Alex Cory
CEO
Alex Cory joins Global Conference Partners as CEO; bringing with him more than twenty years of general management, strategy development, consulting, and new business development experience in enterprise software, Internet search, online marketing services and other industries. Mr. Cory's most recent experience includes being CEO of Neven Vision, a visual recognition technology leader that was sold to Google in 2006, and EVP at Overture Services for two years up to its sale to Yahoo!, where he was responsible for creating an online marketing services business and acquiring AltaVista and alltheweb.com to build a Web search business. Prior to this, he was CEO of an ASP software business, a strategist and a general manager at Cargill, and a management consultant at McKinsey.
Cliff Kaylin
CTO
Cliff Kaylin has been the principal architect of the software and hardware systems at Global Conference Partners over the last eighteen years. He is a pioneer in the architecture and development of software, network infrastructure and enabling technologies in CTI (Computer/Telephone Integration) Mr. Kaylin has overseen and actively coded large-scale technology projects for both telecommunications and Internet applications for over eighteen years. He holds a master's degree from UCLA and BA degrees from UC Berkeley.
Sean Collins
VP Operations
Sean Collins brings over fifteen years of Technology and Operations Management Experience to Global Conference Partners. As VP of Systems at LowerMyBills.com, he was responsible for business operations, technical operations, quality assurance, and security for the leading online lead aggregator in the home lending space prior to and during its sale to Experian. Prior to that, Sean served as Sr. Director of Production Operations at Overture Services prior to and during its sale to Yahoo!, where he managed the teams that supported all revenue-related production, development and QA infrastructure in the leading global pay-for-performance search engine.
Mr. Collins has also served in Technology Management at Digital Insight, and InfoUSA, and as a Technical Architect at EMC Corporation. He attended the University of Florida and Vanderbilt University.
Nancy King
VP Marketing
Nancy King is a senior level marketing executive with over twenty years experience in a variety of different industries including food, toys, software, mobile phone entertainment, voice technology, and the Internet. She has worked for Fortune 100 companies such as Nestle, Coca Cola Foods, Pillsbury, Heinz Pet Products and Mattel. She has held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Mattel Toys, Voiceweb Inc. and Youbet.com.
Ms. King formed and managed her own marketing company from 1998 until 2006. Some of her clients included: Toyota Scion, Sea Country Homes, Disney Interactive, Sennari Games and Matchmaker.com. In 2003, Ms. King taught advanced marketing at the University of Montana School of Business Administration. Ms. King holds a BSBA in marketing and finance from Boston University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Joe Iuliano
VP Sales
Mr. Iuliano began his career in the financial industry in the Private Client Services department of BT Alex Brown. His love of technology and his entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to take a start-up position as Vice President of Business Development and Sales with MP3.com where he grew revenues from nominal to over $120 million annually in just two years, helping fuel one of the largest technology IPO's of its time. Once MP3.com was acquired by Vivendi Universal, he remained within the organization as VP of Business Development and packaged Vivendi Universal's vast array of online media, label, studio, games and theme park properties to partners. He then started his own consulting practice assisting numerous new media companies formulate revenue streams and drive sales prior to joining Global Conference Partners in 2006.
Dennis Pascual
VP Strategic Partners
Dennis Pascual is leading efforts to build partnerships with telephone carriers globally. He joins from j2 Global Communications, Inc. (www.j2global.com, www.efax.com) where he spent the last six and a half years building the telecommunications and network infrastructure for a company that grew from a market cap of less than $100 million to over one billion. He also managed the growth of the company's network from 500 cities in thirteen countries to over 2,500 cities in thirty-five countries during his tenure.
Prior to j2 Global, Mr. Pascual was responsible for the Telecommunications infrastructure for Protection One Alarm Monitoring Company, Inc. and its parent company, Western Resources. He also helped build the Information Technology department for Trust Company of the West as a Vice President, Information Technology.
He graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Information Systems and from Claremont Graduate University with an MS in Management Information Systems with an emphasis on Telecommunications.
